The particular structure of the website as well as all the content of the databases, are the exclusive property of the Musée national Jean-Jacques Henner. Any reproduction, representation in whole or in part, use, adaptation, provision or modification whatsoever of these elements by any process, person or means (particularly sales, marketing, rental, etc.) without the express authorisation of the museum, any authors or right holders, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement of France’s intellectual property code.

The scientific, cultural and educational content (including but not limited to texts, audio recordings, audiovisual and multimedia documents) as well as the iconographic and photographic reproductions of works presented on this site with a signature or a © are protected under intellectual property law.

Credited photographs are the exclusive property of their authors and are used by the museum with the permission of these authors or rights holders. Photographs credited © RMN […] are the property of the RMN. Any use for non-commercial purposes is authorised, providing the source and the author are acknowledged.
For any commercial and/or editorial use of an image from the museum’s collections or the scenography of exhibitions and other cultural events organised by the museum, please contact the photographic agency of the Réunion des Musées nationaux et du Grand Palais (Rmn-Gp).

Written work :

The museum holds the rights to the texts associated with the visit trail and the description of artwork. These texts may be used freely on condition that they are not altered, their meaning is not distorted, and mention is made of their source and when they were last updated. Any commercial use is subject to obtaining prior and express authorisation from the museum. For any requests of this nature, please contact the museum’s multimedia service.

The trademarks of the museum and its partners, as well as the logos shown on the site, are registered with the INPI (French National Institute of Industrial Property) and are, as such, protected by industrial property law.

Any reproduction in whole or in part of these trademarks and/or logos made using elements of the website without the express permission of their owners is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of France’s intellectual property code.

Public administrative information :

The informative and programming content on this website is considered public administrative information under Article 10 of French law No. 78-753 of 17 July 1978. The museum website offers a number of links to other sites, mainly official sites (institutions, public agencies, etc.), but also to several sites belonging to associations or partner companies.
